Home décor professionals usually focus either on the design aspect or the production component of the projects they handle. Often, they will provide a design, but require others to perform the work to bring the project to fruition. Or, they may be able to provide a limited amount of the work that needs to be done, such as decorative painting, but be unable to provide conceptual design services.
